    2 of medium one:

    1 of small one:

They change colors a lot, so they might not be the best pictures to show. Thanks for your help!

I dun own a A.gossei but no harm trying to ID for u

from the looks of yr apisto.. it shows vertical strips on the body, caudal spot, the horizontal/lateral line from the base of the tail to the tip of the head.. this r similar to the A.gossei

yup, they are all the same, though the pictures don't do justice. I was thinking eunotus too, but the lips are too big for that. I was thinking even papagei (algodon) for a while. Gossei or Regani is my best guess.

look at these gossei, look a LOT like mine. Mine do look more blue than in the pictures, it's just the water is red, and the wall is green so it throws you off

ya, when I first compare yr fish, I use the same webby.. then fox gave another species which looks exactly like it... look at your apisto's face markings

is the marking the same as the one above?

cmoreash, apisto r very hard to ID.. I'm not 100% sure its a eunotus.. I guess there r some telltale sign to tell the 2 species apart
