Great job, Xtrekker. Got to give you full marks for effort, bro.
Something about the water & the fishes that calms me down.
Thanks for all the nice comments. More pics to show that the regulator works.
Pic A show reduced CO2 setting. Pic B shows Higher CO2 settings.

wow...DIY CO2 with moderation!! Great job!!
Be careful.
Restricting flow with a valve may led to pressure buildup in the bottle... you may end up with a smelly mess if it does happen.

thanks for the advice .. what i notice is that CO2 production is reduced when under high pressure in the plastic (PETE) bottle. These PETE bottles have a tensile stength of 8000psi. Wonder the CO2 production will come to a stop under high pressure ?
i think most of the bottle "blew up" because of the weak conncetion between the bottle and the tubing using silicone or super glue.

Confirm its PETE for pokka bottle . strip away the plastic wrapping there is a stamp show recycle logo 1 ( for PETE ) . This be further confirmed with the PETE stamp under this recycle logo 1.

Cool idea Xtrekker! Thanks for sharing! Learnt something new today.
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.
Don't walk behind me as I might not lead, don't walk in front of me as I might not follow. Walk beside me, as my friend.
Mohamad Rohaizal is my name. If it's too hard, use BFG. I don't mind.
No worries. Just for doing it for the fun of it since i got some "surplus" industrial grade stuff lying around ... hehehe

I bought mine at sin lin enterprise . lvl2. However, i have decided not to use bulkhead as it will still leak as compared to just doing a silicone tubing out of the co2 generator.
izzit!?! I bought 5 of those!
