Large water change - stun plants

If I do a large water change of 50% or more, does it stun the plant growth? as the water condition changes suddenly. Thanks

Occasionally I also do 50% water change, so far so good.

I agree too, very low possibility, since the EI is based on that and thousands have success with the EI.

Why would it stunt the plant growth when you will dose after water change? I think the main objective of huge water change is to "reset" the water condition and dose to the desired ppm level.

i think you should place greater concern on the fishes.
but if you age or condition the water well then the 50% change shouldn't be an issue.
