You're confusing yourself, you use the pH and kH method to compute the amount of CO2 in your tank while you're injecting CO2. Other times, it means nothing. Essentially you're using the change in pH values from the time you don't inject to the time you inject to estimate the amount of CO2 in your water.

Aging water does not remove chloramine. I do my water change direct from the tap, no problems so far. I don't even add anti-chlorine.

As for the nitrate-removal property, I believe it works to a certain time then stops. I guess I'd add my ferts at night then, assuming you change in the morning.

I didn't add any anti-chlorine after water change too. Small amount of CL is needed by the plants as well.

Well I have no idea why your pH lowers after adding prime.

Yes, I just add water to my tank. I do more than 50% usually, about 70% most of the time. My shrimps are Yamatos, no casualties. I usually experience casualites only when they're just bought and acclimatising. The acclimatisation period is very important for them.
