Have you tried ordering it online? There are a few retailers selling it.

This book is not sold in Singapore and Green Chaper brought it in for our members here. So I doubt there will be any spare copies lying around since it's just been collect a few weeks ago.

Its not available in India and getting it from outside will cost too high shipping charges. Since I have friends who go to Singapore quite frequently, was thinking of getting it from there. Anyways, thanks for your help.
