Fish vitamins and the like

Do these even exist? my fish are starting to look lethargic even though there's been no changes to the tank lately.

Besides, suppliments occasionally wouldn't hurt would they?

Quite a few brand produces these.

Dennerle (Vmaxx) and Waterlife (Vitazin) has them too, amongst many other brands.

do you think these fish vitamins/fish trace elements does help the fish?? need comments on this.....someone also recommended me dennerle S7 - trace elements for both fish and plants

I've got a betta with a "hole" in his scales that seems to keep getting bigger. Any idea what that is?
