    Hi.. just found your fab forum, seems like you're miles ahead of most of us in UK..

    So, has anybody bred these beautiful little fish, do they have any special requirements??

    All help appreciated

    Hi ourmanflint,

    To answer your question , yes they have been bred, by three people that I know of.

    There is also one of the lads here who has read an article on them, it's in the TFH mag. stormhawk could tell you the issue it was in. They breed similar to top spawning killi's, and can get aggressive towards each other.

    Rod, the colour of your fish looks strange. Is it just your WB or perhaps your water parameter?
    why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    the pic was taken the day I bought the fish from LFS so probably not looking it's best, they have colored up nicely now as you can see

    I was reading the Taiwanese magazine and this fish seems to be bred commercially over there.
