Actually you can goof cabinets made of rubber tree wood in the nieghbourhood shops. If you are willing to spend, there is a shop in Paya Lebar industrial area selling meranti furniture, those by far are the best.

If you go DIY, get solid wood, like those in IKEA, but you must laquer or varnish it with at least 2 to 3 coats with a white hair brush and you choose the colour you want. Get the laquer or varnish from neoghbourhood paint shops, they are cheaper and the colour selection is better.

Wow meranti are not cheap but one thing is they are gd. Thanks for your recommendation but my budget is low anyway i'm getting it from c328 on this coming thurs. Anyone wants to buy together to bargain for lower prices??? Justikanz???

I am very sick today but should be able to go down to C328 tomorrow (if I feel much better) to ask. So far, I have 3 orders of 2ft cabinets on my hand. Do note that each cabinet is only 1ft wide.
