first, i think u shld increase ur lighting... 1x36W would be good.

then u can have the flex to add more plants to ur background and foreground.

seems like u ve many different plants in ur tank. can look quite messy if not properly scaped. but anyway, it is hard to resist buying plants when u see something nice in shops. i am guilty of that too!

lotus shld be quite easy with ample light and ferts. but need to constantly trim it as the leaves grow tall and big, blocking the lights from the plants below the leaves.

Probably just wait for the plants to settle down and grow in before making any changes again.....Not a good choice to disturb and flora and fauna with often rescapes.....

ps. As long as you're happy and it suits your eyes, even the most messy setup can be considered best in your eyes!

thanks guys for all the advice,

noticed that since I stop disturbing the tank for about 2 weeks, new leaves are growing from most of the plants, yipee. maybe i should continue not to disturb the tank and observe more.
