    You can go to C328. Where exactly do you stay? Some other shops also do refilling...

    Oops, didn't notice you want it BY tomorrow... C328 is closed on Sundays and refilling takes a few days...

    I only know Nature Aquarium is doing instant refilling... You might want to try Bioplast. Check the address at the AquaTalk sticky. The name of Bioplast is Systems Engineering something...

    I always goes to AIG in Tuas for my refills . They do refill on the spot using liquid CO2. 3.5Kg of liquid CO2 for 5L tank cost $10.50 inc of GST.

    For west area, should try Chem Gas at Tuas.
    On the spot refill of liquid CO2. Best to call before going there. Or go after lunch at 1pm.
