Hi guys,
Here's a picture taken with ranmasatome's new camera!!!
This species was recently seen in the shops again. More often known as C05 and mistakenly label as Corydoras latus by most importers. Sometimes, it's also confused with it's "cousin", Brochis splendens which has a distinctively different dorsal fin formation. Dorminant males are known to change their body pattern with reticulated markings similar to Corydoras reticulatus/sodalis.
Let's hope we see more pictures soon!
Cheers,
p.s. For those interested, it's taken with a Canon Powershot G6.
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

They can still be sexed despite having similar pattern.

I felt this species is worth investing.
males only show iridescent reticulated markings if well-conditioned, good diet and clean water.
