Yup..Thanks AS... its actually good to see it for now so i get a rough idea where the shadows will be when i take the actual photograph..
In actual fact you can see all of that side just fine in, its just that when the photo was taken, i didnt use a flash or anything so in order not to overexpose the plants i had to let that area be dark.
    Sorry about that.
i will take a photo of just the right side today.
Anyway.. comments are welcomed.. i need to do soemthing about it actually..

    not a guru...
nice growth but the plants seem to be jammed in tiny portions here and there.
suggest you remove some of it and create space...
the narrow leaf jf, hg... and some others look like they ones i'd take out.

i guess ranma you got collectoritis too

Oh those?? i sold some and the others i accidentally killed..haha.. no worries though..i have remnants of it in the tank..so i can regrow it anytime i want. Besides it didnt fit what i wanted to do with the tank.

This tank is coming down after a photo shoot.. All the fauna and flora are up for sale.. but at a later date..maybe in a month or 2...
i think i got like 100 over stalks of just bolbitis in there..haha..not to mention the other plants.

    Hi;

Hows your lighting and temp like? My bolbities which sits directly underneath my PL lite seems to have burned leave everywhere.

    Thks

Lovely growth for your red stem plants.. Can never get my stem plants that red - that's why chose a low maintenance setup.

Are the 8 banded barbs in it too? I kinda see it in the tank in one of the shots.

Would love to see your intended photo shoot for ADA 06.

MY lighting i use T5 HO 4x 39watts so the temp has gone down from the usual 27 to about an avg of about 25-26 now..so far the bolbitis is doing well.. its grows sooooo fast ..relatively speaking in bolbitis terms!! i cant even trim it fast enough..hence the messy feeling..

I've since taken the shots for this tank for ADA06.. but i feel the messy right side will be my downfall.. i will be happy if i make it above 150, very happy if i make it abover 100 and elated if i make it above 50..hahaha.

hjbyeo, Your 8 bandeds are in my low maintenance tank downstairs with some fellow barbs..

i have to think of a title for the tank..
Some words that come into my mind when i look at it...
    1) Autum
    2) Night
    3) Haven
    4) Brook
    5) Dance
    6) Mystic
    7) valley

hmmmm.... any suggestions for a title?

Night dance at the mystic haven in autum valley?

Dancing night crook in mystic haven during autum?

    or.....

    秋の色?

Oh believe me. I can make the Japanese one sound more worse than the English title.

i was thinking actually along the lines of "Autumn dance" very simple..

then expanded to "Autumn dance of the arcane" or "Autumn's dance of arcane". Subject being the difference in the titles... so it depends on whether the fish co-operate or not in the final photo.

    So how?? any suggestions?

benny you are hilarious...i can even hear you say it...hahaha.

er ranma...'autumn colours' denotes warm-earth tones. will be leaf dropping time... are you putting warm graduated background?

if not, maybe fangorn forest...kidding. no i better not. i'm useless at this...er 'ranma's haven'... [it would be easy to create sequel, RH II, RH III]

    ok before i get banned...

You can always blur out the fishes to give a dancing effect, but I doubt it will be impressive.

Is it absolutely necessary to have a name? Because imho names are cheesy if they aren't chosen well...

I see a pair of corydoras in one of the pictures. I feel a name can be derived from there.

Standoyo.. you will know why i put "autumn" in the name when you see the actual photo.. *hint* *hint* its just something i've never put up in all the other photos here until the actual shooting night. Its not the back ground as i wanted the night effect... so black is good.. ii gives a more "secretive" and "mystical" effect..
its the foreground...watch for it..in the next few photos cos i also dont know which is better.. with or without.. took both just in case.. Thanks to suggestion by benny

Terence.. i only have 2 of those corys in there..haha.. i'm worried that if i name the scape after them and they dont appear in the actual photo then its a bit weird right?..haa..

think i'll probably stick to "autumn dance" or "autumn's mystic dance" or just name it the same name as my last scape and call it the autumn version..
"Autumn, Mystic Haven of the fire pixies"...hahaha.. that name is damn cheesy...
    crap..i'm so indecisive..hahaha.. help!!
