    Just to share something,
Some of you might remember this bleeding edge finrot problem that I have with my bettas.
After testing with Japanese Yellow Powder, Interpet Finrot and Fungus and Tetra's Finrot treatment, I have found that the only thing that works is Tetra's Finrot treatment.

I suspect it's the malachite green present in the contents that work. However, you have to treat the fish 2 weeks, also putting the fish in methylene blue (I use Interpet's) for another week.

It seems to work. Don't skim on the extended treatment because if you skip the extended treatment, the finrot will come back the following week.

Hope none of you guys get this disease. It's pretty lethal

    ah
if you want to use malachite green or methylene blue
    please use a hospital tank
    not good for planted tanks
or aquatic life in general, for that matter

I mentioned this for Bettas only. Seems to only affect long finned fishes like bettas and goldfishes only.

Not sure if this disease even starts in planted tanks
