hv this purplish algae growing on my tank wall.
It looks like a patch with a darker purple in the center and with surrounding rings of decreasing hue of purple.
Is this coralline algae or cynobac?

Think coralline algae cannot be scraped off easily, right? If it is cynobacterial, it should rub off... and it might smell bad...
Anyway, is cyanobacterial purple?

no, it is flat and evenly distributed except for the darker purple in the center with lighter purple concentric rings around it.It does look like purple hair or somethign like tat.
