Lower the pH some more n the fins may get more elongated. That how i got my super finnage candidi.

I'm afraid I won't be in a position to answer the question. That you'll have to ask Mr. Thio when you have the chance. In any case, this is quite a nice fish and was pretty active in the tank when I was there.
