Anyone knows where to get Aqualux PL tubes?

Anyone knows where to get this?

It's a 13W PL tube, about 18cm in length...
(btw this tube belongs to my friend who bought it in sg... he forgot where...the one shown in the picture spoil liao)

I can't seem to find it in any LFS...
anyone happened to saw this before or knows where to get??

actually looking for any 8000k/10000k PL tube of this size...
anyone know of any LFS that have??

I found it... at RAINBOW PET & AQUARIUM CENTRE

but seems like the tubes have been kept for a long time...
needs a long time to "start" the tube...
(it just flickers continuously initially.. might be the ballast.. i not sure)
