    Hi Stephen,

    We would appreciate if you could please spell properly in our forums. Abbreviations such as thx, plz, tml, etc is discouraged.

    Basically any fast swimming small fishes are fine. But they have to be suitably sized. Too small and they will end up to be a snack for your dwarf cichlids.

    Therefore, normal pencil fishes (Nannostomus beckfordi) are fine.

    If you use guppies, you do risk their tails being rip up to shreds and they don't swim fast enough. Take note.
