Hi,
I have lots of Hairgrass in my tank. To remove Hairgrass you can:
1) Manually pull them from the base. Make sure you do it slowly, unless you want to mess up the gravel.
2) Or you can use a water hose, the same one that you use for water change. Suck up the Hairgrass. You may gave to use your fingers to pull it a little bit to loosen the roots.
3) Leave it alone. If you can live with it. They will 'melt' and when you do a water change the next time, you can clear the remains.
Good Luck!
