    Hi all

Got a question for the above...

Assuming PH of 6.3, KH of 1 which gives a reading of 15.CO2 1 bubble per second. I read Chuck's article and he said to increase CO2, should not play with KH and PH, should directly increase the flow of CO2.

    Question:

I find my KH too low and I add sodium bicard to bring up KH. am I rite to assume the CO2 will shoot up based on the CO2 chart. If I want to maintain CO2 of 15, do i need to reduce the CO2 flow?

No. Your pH would move as well with the addition of the baking soda. The rate of CO2 is the same so the amount of CO2 will not change.
