Wow! That's some unbelieveable rate!
These tickets are usually full of restrictions and conditions. Need a lot of forward planning and dates have to be confirmed. Otherwise, you may end up paying more.

From The Star news : "A Philippine discount airline, Cebu Pacific, is offering seats on domestic flights for one peso (US$0.02; euro0.01) in a bid to boost sales.
More than 50,000 seats are on sale through Sunday at the price, which excludes taxes and surcharges, the Philippines' second largest airline said in a statement Thursday.
The tickets can be used between June 20 and Oct. 18."
