I have a tank 24x18x18 inches in size. Intending to have glosso and mosses in the tank. With a 2x36 PL lighting, how do I achieve a good balance of lighting because glosso demands high light for good growth while too much light will generate heat and will not be good for moss growth. Would introducing a fan help?

    yes bro.
indeed a fan would be very useful to keep the temperature down to assist the growth of your moss

You've answered your own question. I keep 2 DC fans running while lights are on in my setup (same as yours, 2ft standard tank with 72W PL lights). Temperature is below 28 Degrees C.
