Has anyone use Ocean Free General Aid? It's only 2 bucks a bottle. Just wondering if prevention is better than cure and does it affect planted tanks?

Used it for my goldtank tank last time... stains the water yellow right?
anyway, not sure whether it works, but goldfish didn't have any problems though...
for planted tanks, maybe u could use things like melafix? oceanfree general aid stains the water and thus not good for planted tanks...
or u could try oceanfree herbal-aid or something...
It is rather effective for some less serious treatment but no to be use directly into your tank as it would stain the silicon glue. BTW, don't think it would work for white spots.
But in case u don't have anything, it is better than nothing.
