made any significant changes to your tank conditions lately? crypts are notorious for melting following sudden changes in the tank conditions.

babyhidjaya, you planted a new plant and inserted new fertiliser. This means a change in conditions, hence the melting of your crypts. It's also the same situation as ahkarboy's I believe.

    thanks squee,
actually i was not planted new plants. but i was only rescaped my tank. i have used sera florennete a several times but nothing happened. just that time i lost all my crypts. i believed that change conditions can make this things happen. so i've learned from it.

eh... cryptyman to busy to answer?
well crypts don't take change of conditions kindly, sensitive to copper and if the roots don't melt, it'll grow back...

IME, some crypts respond quite dramatically to changes in light conditions. Changes as subtle as removing shading plants over the crypts can cause some crypt to shed all the old leaves.

large amount of water change can be a problem for crypt as well, especially early morning, 'water content' in an overnight copper pipe might release much of copper

i've gotten used to this phenomena...everytime it happens... sigh....
that's why the weekly WC is like russian roulette.
some of my tanks are strictly no water change unless it's absolutely necessary.
