Kunner ! where did u get the bamboo ? - Gan ? what size ? - 2" or 3 " diameter ?. I used some of my old 3" diameter PVC tubings in the Zebra breeding tank but so far no luck lah ! no actions ! just hide and seek in the tubing ! [] []

Akoh, these bamboos cost ard less than 2 bucks. Saw a few at Ah Pek at Lor Halus. Since someone here start using this, might as well stock a few now less some lurkers also following ah.[]

Allen, remmeber I told u I found some well grown green bamboo growing near Gan FF. about 200m from Gan? I borrow bicycle and parang from him and chop some bamboo with good dimension (3~4cm diameter). I have let the bamboo soak in water for 1 week and put one side to let it dry by itself while waiting for the shipment to arrive. The bamboo is now is already brownish color and laying inside my L046 setup tank. [] [] []
Must be very paitient with L046 mine take 2 years to have their 1st spawn and also I discover one very important factor is that L046 is likely to breed in your tank if u rare them from young (round 1~1.5 inch). It is more difficult cultivate the breeding mood of L046 if u bought them as adult.[:]

err Akoh, saw a few at K&K at Tampines just now. Think other lfs shud have it. A few ff at Lor Halus shud have it also but pricing might differ. Saw some selling 1 for $1.90-$2.90 at K&K.
