hey guys i just notices the "ovidepositor" thing on my female... does this mean she's ready to or laid eggs already?

if it's sticking out slightly, belly sunken yes! She had laid her eggs.

Agree with Benetay.
However, I prefer watching the 'hyper-active' behaviour of a yellow, sunken stomach and black ventral female.
And these are definite signs of brood guarding behaviour!
