    A. sp. Papagei: in terms of color, i think it is
    probably one of the most beautiful species among
    all apistos ^.^

    Whilst it's no doubt that the coloration is impressive and looking very metallic, somehow, the head reminds me of the local hybrid "steel blue". A terrible comparison.

    Yes its been in our shores before.
    This fish is also known as Algodon II.
    It's NOT "Chee lick", NOT "Chee Chee Licks"!!! Cichlids is pronounced as "Sick Lids"!!!!!

    This fish belongs to the Pebas complex and there are all kinds of variety and names... anyhow, it does look very very beautiful to me and i love it
