Hi grottosanfins, I had moved and merged your posts. I think the pictures will get better attention in this forum, than Aquatalk.

    Had the pair spawned?

Thanks for moving them to right place. No they haven't spawned yet. This would be their first time and it will be if they know what's good for them.

Grottosandfins, I think you should just continue on the same thread on your krbs... Anyway, good luck and yes, give them more time...

Nice pair of Krib you got...

IMO:Introducing the kribs to spawning, I would advice to have the pair kept alone in a tank rather then having them in a community tank as I can see other fishes around in your photos shown above. The survivor rate for the eggs to hatch and for the fries will be much higher from my personal experience.

Yes, the movement of the male you mentioned is a form of courtship.

    Good luck.

Yes a very nice pair of kribs. They only display their true beauty under suitable environment. Fairly easy fish to keep and spawns readily. They'll spawn soon enough.....

i'll put my two cents worth in, it's not the male who dictates when they breed but the female once she's found a suitable place to spawn it will be her that leads the male to the spawning site.
