    Did you mix ADA Africana and Amazonia aquasoil together for this set up? It is just a color preference right? No difference in water chemistry.

    I always get this fish mixed up as the chinese name is very similar to Apistogramma mendezi.

    Well, yes, it's a mixture. I originally used the black soil... after a while, i want edto add some more soil but i had run short of black soil... so, i simply added some brown soil to the tank... though the mixture has no obvious advantage

    hmm, this one is much cheaper than mendezi, and should not be expensive...
