Heres a tank that gets all my clippings and odds and ends that don't fit into any of my tanks. Its mostly shrimp and Lampeye Killies with some plants. The tank receives mininmal light and attention from me but trundles along quite nicely. The main middle plant is Cryptocoryne Pontederifolia, its one of my favourites at the moment. The pic was taken at feeding time, hence the shrimp frenzy.

    Here's the full tank

    Thanks for looking.

more plants to fill in the spaces, else if you want it to be simple. water seems brownish, maybe due to the driftwood.
how long is your tank, care to share your tank parameter?

but still i prefer moss to go along with shrimps

There is moss in there just very little. The water is tea coloured due to a peat substrate. I'm not going for aquascaping comments as this is just my odds and ends tank where everything I don't really know what to do with goes. Just wanted to share the pics!

are you running any fan over your tank, to help enhance the growth of your moss? With so much shrimps in your tank, my opinion is that having moss will be more ideal for them?

maybe you want to find a way to clear up the brownish water? you have a nice setup but kind of affected by the water colour.

Its getting winter here and the room they are in is naturally cool so no ned for a fan. The tank sits at about 22 degrees celsius. I agree it needs more moss, as soon as I lay my hands on some I will add it to the tank. The water is slightly tea stained due to a peat substrate, although the yellowish lighting is also contributing to the dim colour. I'll change the light and post an updated pic next tuesday, were having a long easter weekend, no work Friday or Monday.....YAHOOOOOO....

Thanks all for your nice comments
