how much to dose for EI method for tank of this size?

there are two 4 x 2 x 2 tank connected by a sump of size 3 x 1.5 x 1.5.
the return is 1 unit of 1260(ehiem) for each tank. water is chilled by chiller at 25 to 26degree. lighting is first tank is 2 x 150W. 2nd tank is 4 x t5 54W and 4 x 55W pl. tank in tank one is mainly moss and fissiden and ferns. tank 2 got ferns bolbitis, crypts & japonica. water change is 30 to 50% every 2 weeks
