I need advise from you pro's.....My Red Elancer (fem) and Snake Skin just spawned 3hrs ago.So happy!But wats next?

1)Water changes?(frequency, amount & when to change)
2)Feeding the parents?
3)Medications (anti fungus solutions etc?)
4)Lights at this stage???

Anything I missed out?I'm know nuts abt breeding discus.
