AQ is now on a new server and IP address. It may be that the IP has not fully prapogated thru the Internet yet.

However, it's been a few days already and it really shouldn't take so long.

Another member did tell me of a similar problem on Tuesday night, but it resolved itself the next morning without action on my part.

I suggest you try hard-refreshing the browser a few times. If you are using IE, when you see the webpage is not available message, press CTRL+F5. It may help.

    Could you please tell me:

    1. Which ISP you, your gf and friends are on? Starhub, Singnet, Pacnet?
    2. What error message do you see?

    Thanks.

The other member that contacted me is on Maxonline too. I'm also on Maxonline at home and AQ is completely fine. Give it a few days.

Oh... try checking if the Norton firewall is blocking aquaticquotient.com. Or find a way to put AQ on it's list of accepted sites. You also need to allow javascript to run from AQ sites.

Before you uninstall Noron Firewall, try disabling it first. That'll be an easier way to tell if the firewall is the cause. If it is, you may only have to add AQ as a trusted site.

I'm having the same exact error message when i'm using my laptop at home with Starhub. But when i bring my laptop back to my office, which i'm using Singnet leased line, such error message doesn't appear.
Back home, i'll refresh the browser a few times and it does solved my problem

Seems like MaxOnline users will have this problem... I encountered the problem mentioned last night too... Was surfing normally when suddenly can't connect to the server...

Now I am surfing on the forum again... Maybe is the ISP problem... So think Vinz really can't do much...
