    Hello all,

Could you please let me know what methods you use to move shrimp fry to a bigger tank? I have 5 week old Cherry Reds and need to get them into another tank.

    Thank you.

The fry are really quick and I wanted to know if there was a way to get them more than one at a time. If there is no better way than I will net them.

u can try sucking them with a large enough tube and "gravity method" to get the water flowing... won't hurt them imo...

yeah.. a tube might work.. but i just physically net them cos i think its easier on the little buggers. Why not let them grow bigger then shift them?? won't they be even more sensitive now?

I will try this with some of the fry because the hatching tank is getting crowded as the fry grow bigger.

    Thank you

How big do you think the shrimp should be before I move them?
