its hard n not slimy. if u scrape nvm.the spores will recolonise again.1st stage is jus a tiny speck.

lionel.. first.. dun type like that.. pls.. very difficult to read leh..

second.. if u use a brush to brush the rocks, it should not peel off easily.. in fact, it will not peel off!!!

Sorrie for the earlier fonts...cos me 10 fingers have each a mind of its own....am typing wif juz ne finger now....

One more quick question....how do I get Calcareous algae growing n flourishing?

wats the trick? any SPECIAL cnditiners that I should add?

u will need kalkwasser, strontium, trace elements and idodide... these are important especially kalkwasser as calcarous algae can be considered as hard corals... they need doses of calcium elements to grow...[]
