Nice setup! I tried it before but using the black gravel, the HG melted eventually.. Good job!

I caught 3 Mosquito fish (Gambusia holbrookil) from the drain, and put them in this 2 liter tank a month ago.
Yesterday while doing water change I noticed there is one tiny new born Mosquito fish in there. The 3 "adults" Gambusia only measured may be 8-10 mm which I thought they were only juvenile and quite a surprise that they can multiply out of this tiny volume of water.

Hi. We can use Seachem Excel to replace CO2? Never knew that. But will daily dosage be harmful to shrimps inside the tank?

Should be a weekly dosing and given the size of your tank. A few drops should be enough.

I tested the upper limit for this 2L tank size and 3 drops a day is where it's still safe. 4 drops a day will start knocking out some cherry.
The daily regime is 1-2-3 :
    1 drop JBL trace,
    2 drops KNO3+KH2PO4 pre-mix (4 tsp KNO3 + 1 tsp KH2PO4 in 500ml water),
    and 3 drops Excel.
    Follow by weekly 50% waterchange.
