    I have been using the MH bulbs for a year now and wonder if it is time to change it. Plants are still bubbling well though. Pls advice on when to change. Thanks

    if it is working well, why change it.
    remember, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it".
    saves you some money too.

    I agree. Or if you are itching to buy a new bulb, get it and let the bulb run in it's 1st 50hr or so running in period and then store that new bulb until the old ones burn out.

    I ran my first set of bulbs for 2-3 plus years..
