    Hi guys,
I have got this faulty controller and not sure if i should spend money repairing it. The ph probe and the night cut off is working fine except that I can't set the required ph on the display set itself. Tried turning the knobs clockwise and anticlockwise but the numbers still remain the same....

anyone have any idea what's wrong and where can I get it repaired and roughly how much? Also if anyone is interested to get this set from me can also pm me cause don't think I would be using it anymore. Comes with a working probe and nightcut off. Main unit working but just can't set the ph value.

    Thanks in advance.

Don’t give up yet, you have a good probe and cut-off valve. It is probably something quite simple with the adjustment screws that the dealer can fix, so give them a call.

However not sure who the dealer is, but that shouldn’t be too hard to find out, just call C328 or your local LFS. I am using the same equipment as you and Dennerle is worth fixing

    Hi there,

Ask C328 to send your pH controller to the agent for testing. After evaluation, they will notify you what the problem(s) is and the cost of rectification. That's what I did.

    Cheers

There ia a raodshow organised by Dennerle to promote their products. Its currently in Thomson Plaza at Upper Thomson Road, maybe you can go and ask the people there.

The agent is Aquanautics. You can call them and look for Nelson or Mandy.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

    Hi guys..
Thanks for all the replies. Think will try to find sometime this weekend go down C328 and ask them to help me check out the price to pay for repair.
How much do you guys think is a reasonable price to pay for the repairs? cause Im thinking if the cost is too high I would prefer not to repair it.

As Benny said ring up Aquanautics as this might be a known problem and they maybe in a position to provide you a quote over the phone?
