Sometimes people might like it better if you took the trouble to link the pictures directly

Not bad, but I think it'll look better if the rocks are slightly inserted into the substrate.

And the BBA-infested filter intake should be cleaned... you don't want to introduce established algae into the tank, especially at this stage.

You need to consider you focal point & various ratios – as your center rock looks too central and straight, however tanks that are viewable from many sides represent some challenges and suggest that you do a search for aquascaping techniques. Here is a good discussion: on

Then view some inspirations sites to see the principles in practice:

While you are waiting for the hair grass to fill out your foreground you may wish to consider adding a fast growing plant to assist in stabilizing the tank conditions, you can remove it later. Set-ups with only one kind of plant are hard to pull off, so you might want to consider adding another permanent plant that provides some shape/depth, more contrast and add this on the side that is closest to the wall/CO2.

Good start and look forward to seeing more pictures as your design matures & changes.

Oh sorry... Not really sure how to attach the images directly. Haha.

    Hi Bubuseng,
I think the positioning of the rocks are in too straight a line. Play around with the position alittle to create a sense of depth and also they are too far apart. Maybe addition of 2 more rocks would be good. My 2 cents, have fun
Something about the water & the fishes that calms me down.
