You can go the HPC (Hydroponics & Plant Care Pte Ltd) retail outlet near lavender MRT station. But call first and check about stock availability.
Where is HPC (Hydroponics & Plant Care Pte Ltd) specifically at? I have been trying to find the shop for a while.
