I'm making a trip to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and wondering whether there is a "Jatujak" or "Hong Kong Tung Choi Street" equivalent there. Any tips on how to get there would be great.

i dont think so.... didn't see any at HCM... even at the Bern Than market something like Bangkok Chatuchar weekend market.
