    DYMAX STARLITE LAMP

    39W x 4

I'm thinking of buying this to replace my MH.... MH too hot for my tank even if my chiller.... working my chiller a bit too hard plus the tank is in my room right in front of my face..... MH lights gives me too good a wake up call in the morning.

Anyone comments on the brand and the pricing.... its about $250

If its for a typical 3ft tank, I think less light will be perfectly adequate. Are the reflectors parabolic? If DIY using parabolic reflectors, then 4x39W costs about $180. FYI, my HC is creeping along the substrate perfectly welldespite only 2x54W T5HO suspended about 45cm over a 120x60 area.
Oh, the rare old Whale, mid storm and gale. In his ocean home will be. A giant in might, where might is right. And King of the boundless sea.
