    How do I atually create the slope like the attch photo... by using subtract, stone or DW

    If you are talking about the mid-ground slope, i suspect it is either DW or Stone.

    Slope the substrate high from the back and low in the front. Then insert driftwood/rocks to help hold the slope in place as well as enhance the slope's look.

    Hmm, difficult to say. Takes at least 2 months of dedicated trimming and care imo.
