Has anyone seen this outdoor advertisement at the bustop in front of Plaza Singapore? It's a whole fish tank (less than 2x2 ft I think) with dead corals and filled with African cichlids, and I gather it's advertising for some snack food....

Not me, as I always try to get OUT of Orchard Road as fast as possible. Avoid the crowd, that is!
sounds cruel to me, whose feeding them?

Anyone has pictures? Would be interesting to have a look. Perhaps SPCA should be informed if the fishes are not properly taken care of?
