Are the dimensions in centimetres or inches?

Get about a 100W imho. This is subject to a lot of factors, like your fertilisation regime and CO2 addition and the general health of your plants.

    thats in inches

I am still kinda deciding on fertilizers, I will probably go with seachem flourite for substrate, and just go with supplements like Seachem Excel and Seachem Flourish for Carbon and Fertilizers. I just dont really wanna deal with a C02 tank and all that. Although the DIY options seem like a decent compromise.

You're not going to keep goldfish in there yea?

Seachem's good. I'd personally go for either CO2 by a cylinder, or no CO2 at all. DIY is too.. unstable.

no, Im going to be keeping goldfish.

My current plan is for 1 fantail, 1 black moor, 1 rubberlip pleco. A Briggs snail, and maybe a colony of MTS.

I am aware that goldfish are a bit of a pain in planted tanks, but I have also heard it is definitely doable, that plant set is supposedly specifically for them.

    Thanx
