Possibly K deficiency. What fertilisers you use?

Can't be 100% sure if it is K deficiency.

Personally I use Seachem equilibrium at water change. I provide the some of the macro nutrients necessary for plants, like Ca, Mg & K. It also contains Mn and Fe. I use about 1/3 tablespoon per 30L of tap water. Daily I supplement with 2ppm of K2SO4. I used to have brown spots on my Hygrophila stricta. Now the spots are gone.

reposition them in the darkest corner away from the light... so for those melting leaves, jus peel or cut the stem at the base
