Yo!

Recently, I had got some Riccia from our fellow forum mates and had tried floating the Riccia on the surface of the tank. And guess what happened soon after that?

I started to witness my pearl Gouramis "kissing"... Any idea what's happening?
Is it some kind of courtship between the gouramis? I cannot really differentiate their sexes as from articles I have read, male Gourami had a more orange colour belly while the female is slightly more to the whitish colour. But for me, I can't really differentiate as they look alight to me.

I remember the betta's "kissing" is more of a fight, but Gouramis? I was wondering if the bubbles foaming at my surface are results of my Gouramis as I know Gouramis built bubble foam nest when they are in breeding moods.
