Viewing for fishes, can try Rainbow, there's a wide variety of them.
north side Aquastar, very spacious and plenty of products.
Strongly recommend Y618!
Fish farms like those at Lorong Halus and Lim Chu Kang are a different ballgame from LFS: Big but inaccessible.
I think it's quite safe to state that big premises do not necessarily mean better. But you are welcome to visit shops like Rainbow, Pet Safari at Simei etc to see for yourself.
I myself never make it to Y618 before since it's located at north.
Probably will try soon and wish it's not as packed as C328.
Expected to see a wide range of fishes and products there.
Next one I think should visit NA as well
There's no perfect aquarium but a satisfied one
Actually, the biggest LFS should be Qian Hu.
Lots of equipment and fishes to view..
It's NOT "Chee lick", NOT "Chee Chee Licks"!!! Cichlids is pronounced as "Sick Lids"!!!!!
With regards to LFS bigger is not always better tis is wat I learn thru the years. Small shops offers more personalised service and at times bigger discount.
Although Wu Hu Aquarium is not the biggest lfs, I like its layout, its wide range of live stock selection and of course not to mention its very friendly boss, Ben Wong.
Aquastar @ Y934 carrys almost anything that you can think of!
Quite well-organized as well!
Prices used to be higher than most LFS.
However, few months ago, seen they reduce their prices and its now comparable with other LFS.
yepz...i second that..Y934 has 1 whole shop for equipments only..a lot of variety...price wise still ok imo...but fishes down there are just normal.
Y618 is also spacious..not as cramp as C328...a better place to buy fishes than Y934..
fishes i would go Wu Hu, cos that reminds me of Seletar Farmway in a "LFS" version.
i'm ADDicted to this wonderful hobby
Thanks for all the info, Bros.

I've been to the new Wu Hu shop yesterday. It is quite spacious with wide selection of fish stock. I got the two types of fish I wanted. The boss was friendly, greeted me like he knew me. The other two staff were also helpful.Originally Posted by wks
I've never gotten friendly service at C328 and the shop is oh so cramped.
"time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana"
