Yup, that's the best part about C328 - treasure hunt. 
After a few visits though, you'll more or less know where everything's placed. I always managed to come out with a big bag of stuff (livestocks excluded) after each visit. 
Yup, I heard JE217A is no longer a 24-hr LFS. As for planted tanks specialists, I don't think there'll be one (24-hrs) cos the plants need to 'sleep', remember?
