Was wondering if anyone knows if English version of Amano books can be bought in Japan and is it cheaper then in Singapore?

Hi genes, not sure which you are refering too.
AquaJournal or the 3 volumes of Amano books?

As for the AquaJournal, I've never seen the English version in Japan.
In case you didn't know, the few versions in English were actually done by a Singapore editor.
It's NOT "Chee lick", NOT "Chee Chee Licks"!!! Cichlids is pronounced as "Sick Lids"!!!!!

The ones in Japan is in both ENglish and Japanese. And comparing the pictures in the Biotope's version with the TFH version, the colour of the pictures looks better in terms of colour setting and corrections... Not so blue, imo...

Acceptable... Considering it is two books combined into one and has both Japanese and English in it. One book by TFH is already around 70... So you can approximate yourself the cost of the book...

TFH stands for Tropical Fish Hobbyist... It is the publisher for the full English version, that is available in Singapore...

70 bucks for 2 books in one is not that expensive then. Perhaps cheaper to buy in singapore. Kinokuniya sells them? Or where else to get them?

No no... The Japan one is more than 70! It is the combined value of two books...
That japanese version only Biotope has it now as far as I know...

Yes, We have only 2 copies at S$150 each, which are autographed by the sinseh hinself. These autographed copies are not even available in Japan

We have compared this print against the ones from TFH, worlds apart.

    Thanks
