    hi
    i just bought a timer to control the light for the day when i am at work. But i am not sure how it function. My timer is those 24hr turn disc type. With 2 slide mode beside, could someone kindly help me? thanks

    Press down all the pins for the timing you want the timer to start. Therefore, if you want your timer to start working from 1pm to 11pm, you have to push down all the pins between that period of time...

    The slide mode will have a slide to work in timer mode or overwrite mode...
    The overwrite mode will switch on your appliance even when the timer is not programmed to be on...

    Hope it helps. Try to play with the timer...

    Isnt a timer a wonderful device!

    I find it quite amazing...maybe im just an electrical noob, but these little timers are really interesting gadgets!

    I wonder who first invented it.

    Try opening up a timer, you wil find that the timer is a simple and interesting piece of thing...
